Mandy Carter-Zegarowski
A collegiate player at Salem State University, Mandy Carter-Williams is a pioneering leader in women’s grassroots basketball. Together with her son, Michael, she co-founded and leads MCW Starz, one of the nation’s top women’s AAU programs, empowering young athletes on and off the court. MCW Starz was one of the first women’s programs to receive an NBA grant and scholarship. More than 120 alumni have competed at the NCAA level, with many aspiring to play in the WNBA. Mandy, and her family, reside in Hamilton, Massachusetts.

Paul Dahn
As a graduate of Northeastern University, Paul has spent the last 35 years on the public and private side of real estate. He served as Planning Board and Harbor Commission member and managed the re-development of Massport’s 400,000 SF first class waterfront office and warehouse project, International Cargo Port in South Boston. Paul founded several real estate development companies and has re-developed over 2 million SF of warehouse, manufacturing and industrial outdoor space throughout the US. Paul, his wife and four children reside in Newburyport, Massachusetts.

AJ Gerritson

AJ Gerritson is a visionary leader with a proven track record of success in sports, media, and brand development. A two-time collegiate rugby All-American from the University of Massachusetts, AJ channels the same drive and discipline that propelled him on the field into his career as a media and advertising executive. As co-founder of Zozimus, a Boston-based marketing and advertising agency, he has become a key player in launching sports franchises in new markets and developing innovative sponsorship strategies. Today, AJ manages sponsorships for one of NASCAR’s top racing teams as well as a Massachusetts' indoor arena football organization. AJ, his wife and four children live in Scituate, Massachusetts.

Gregg Nolan

Gregg has an extensive background in government and business. He’s served in state and federal government, including staff positions with former Majority Leader Richard Voke, Congressmen Joseph Kennedy and Michael Capuano. Gregg served as Senior VP for Government Relations at Forest City. Mr. Nolan served on the Charlestown Neighborhood Council, the Charlestown Boys and Girls Club Board of Directors, was inducted into the 2007 Suffolk University Athletic Hall of Fame (Ice Hockey) and was named one of Boston’s best political minds by “Boston Magazine”.
